The Knights of Columbus Council #13842 at St. Rose of Lima is hosting its 6th annual “It’s Not About Winning” charity golf tournament at Arrowcreek Golf Course, on Friday, September 9, 2011. The four-person scramble kicks off with a shotgun start at 9:00 a.m. and includes a putting and ‘closest to the pin’ contest, along with a chance to win a car for the first hole-in-one from a designated hole. Cost is $135 per individual, $500 per foursome, or $20 lunch only option. Cost includes green fees, cart fees and bottled water on carts, practice balls, continental breakfast before tournament, and a lunch banquet at the events conclusion.
